On the way down, stop in Chamblee-Doraville for an international experience.  Buford Highway is a mecca for Korean, Japanese, Mexican and Chinese people.  The restaurants are authentic, and there are so many of them.  One in particular, Canton House, serves dim-sum, a traditional Chinese cuisine in which small portions of a variety of foods, including an assortment of steamed or fried dumplings, are served in succession which is served from carts that are wheeled about the restaurant.  Don’t forget to visit the International Market on Buford.
