Chattanooga is named to the top “Comeback Cities” for 2011. We knew it all along and now have unbiased numbers to back it.  According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Chattanooga has added 4,300 jobs in the last year and the future looks bright for even more growth.

Future hiring prospects:

Volkwagen-Approximately 1000 more employees.

Amazon-1600 full time and 2000 part time.

Wacker Chemical-650+ employees.
